Since i am not familiar with the code at all (yet), i have no way of determining the efforts it will take us to port it over to Android.
I believe you when you say most of the code can be reused with no modifications. I am wondering about the efforts that will be needed (messing with make files, compiler issues, minor code changes), etc.
If anyone (or you) can provide an ESTIMATE regarding how hard or easy that might be, it would be great for us to check it out, maybe we can look at this library for our purposes.
