I can see it located in the ndk under android-ndk-r9d\sources\android\support\include but for some reason it isn't included. Merely adding it the include path doesn't work either, resulting in unresolved symbols. Something else must need linking too.
Impact is locale support in the json library won't work on Android.
Also weird is inttypes.h is not found (for PRId64), even though it is located in android-ndk-r9d\platforms\android-19\arch-arm\.
Comments: Android doesn't support locale so this is unlikely to be easy.
