Commented Issue: http_client - set_body_stream_exception fails intermittently [166]

VS12 Rolling build X64 Release: set_body_stream_exception test failed on winrt. This has been occurring intermittently, I am disabling the test with a bug.

This particular failure reproed with the winrt http client.
