Commented Feature: http_client - linux/mac: expose boost native handle to set low level properties (like certificates) [168]

For windows desktop and winrt, http_client_config has an option: set_nativehandle_options() that allows the users to set properties on the underlying connection (like XHR_TIMEOUT, client certificates etc). this feature is not available on linux/mac.
Comments: Anyone working on this? If not I will start to work on this as soon I have upgraded my app to version 2.1
